Information we collect

How we use it

Who sees it
Our three partners and anyone working with us on your project can see your inquiry. We also use service providers for email, scheduling, payments, video meetings and website hosting. They may handle your information only to provide those services. We may also share information when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
Client data
When we work with a client, the client owns its sales data, guest data and other business records. We use that data only to provide the agreed services. We limit access to the people who need it and ask for the least access necessary. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to guests. When an engagement ends, we return or delete client data as the scope of work provides, unless the law requires us to keep it. If we confirm a security incident affecting a client's data, we will tell the client without undue delay and within 72 hours.
Security
